Happy Thanksgiving for all those who celebrate it. There has been probably no more difficult day for many Americans. Even during bloody and hopeless days of war and fury, we never faced before the sort of challenge to the health and wellbeing of Americans that we do now. The daily death rate has risen to over 2000; some experts are now saying we will soon reach double that. It seems reprehensible and inexplicable.
